NY-based Sasha Primak acquires LGD jewelry Ada Diamonds brand

Sasha Primak, a distinguished luxury jewelry manufacturer based in New York, has made a strategic acquisition of the Ada Diamonds brand, a pioneer in lab-grown diamond jewelry. Under new ownership, Ada Diamonds will pair high-quality lab diamonds with the exceptional design and fabrication capabilities of the Sasha Primak team.

The acquisition comes amid significant growth in the lab-grown diamond market, which has expanded exponentially over the past five years. Analysts project the global lab-grown market to reach $20 billion by 2027. Consumer adoption of lab-grown diamonds in engagement rings has seen particularly dramatic growth, with lab-grown now accounting for approximately 50% of all engagement ring center stones sold in the United States.
