The last two weeks of articles focused on the losing sparkle of earth mined diamonds? Is it helping anyone or worse, it hurts all of us. While legacy players cling to the past, and Lab grown carves its space, one truth remains, the consumer decides. They choose what fits their life and budget.

Yet, some industry veterans still talk down to them, implying they’re “conned” or refer to lab grown diamonds as parasites. Articles like https://lnkd.in/eVJpxkq7 show how out of touch that is. The market has changed. Consumers are informed. They demand choice, not control.

Earthmined and lab-grown diamonds both belong here. This call for coexistence isn’t about holding hands; it’s about mutual respect in the same marketplace. Gatekeepers clinging to control hurt growth. Working together expands the consumer pie. Control is past, Choice is future.
