Andrea Lucille Pooler has been appointed chief operating officer for Modani Jewels, Soham Diamonds, and S.N.J. Creations. The group is a family-run vertically integrated enterprise comprising three core divisions—Modani Jewels, Soham Diamonds, and S.N.J. Creations, which is led by third-generation owner Sumit Modani.
With headquarters in New York and operations across Ohio, India, Hong Kong, and Dubai, the group provides jewellery manufacturing, diamond and gemstone sourcing, and private-label design services for leading retailers and wholesalers globally.
Pooler brings more than 25 years of industry experience to the role. Her expertise spans manufacturing, retail, and wholesale channels, combining creative direction with data-driven execution to help jewellery companies grow with structure and purpose.
