Ahmedabad-based Aurita Natural Diamonds, a growing name in the premium natural diamond jewellery segment, has reported a major operational transformation after collaborating with Dr. Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Private Limited under a structured business growth initiative. The company, known for its certified earth-mined diamond jewellery collections in gold and rose gold, has significantly improved its inventory turnover, cash flow management, and expansion capability through strategic backend optimisation.
Operating in the highly inventory-intensive jewellery industry, Aurita Natural Diamonds had been facing several operational challenges that restricted its ability to scale efficiently. The company catered to both retail and wholesale markets and maintained a wide product portfolio across multiple jewellery categories. However, like many businesses in the sector, a substantial portion of capital remained locked in inventory due to slow stock movement and a lack of inventory visibility.
Another major outcome of the collaboration was the company’s ability to unlock internal cash flow without depending on external funding. Through improved inventory movement and capital recycling, Aurita Natural Diamonds generated nearly ₹2.5 crore internally, which was then utilised for setting up a new store. Aurita Natural Diamonds now projects topline growth of over 250 per cent over the next two years, driven by improved inventory efficiency, stronger cash flow cycles, and scalable operational systems.
With a sharper focus on inventory discipline and capital productivity, the company is positioning itself as a modern jewellery business built on operational intelligence rather than aggressive leverage.
