Priority Jewels IPO opens from Aug 28 to Sept 1, 2026

Priority Jewels Limited will open its Rs. 91.50 crore IPO from August 28 to September 1, 2026, with a price band of Rs. 190 to Rs. 200 per share.

The issue consists entirely of a fresh issue of 45.75 lakh shares, meaning the proceeds will go to the company. The minimum retail investment is Rs. 15,000 for 75 shares, while the shares are expected to list on NSE and BSE on September 4, 2026.

The company plans to use Rs. 75 crore of the IPO proceeds to repay or prepay working-capital borrowings, with the remaining amount for general corporate purposes. As of June 30, 2026, Priority Jewels had utilised Rs. 96.75 crore of its working-capital facilities.

Priority Jewels manufactures lightweight diamond-studded gold and platinum jewellery such as rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets and neckwear. It mainly operates in the B2B market, supplying independent jewellers and organised jewellery chains.

The company’s financial performance has been improving steadily. Revenue increased to Rs. 435.5 crore in FY25 from Rs. 410.5 crore in FY24 and to Rs. 539.0 crore in FY26, while PAT rose to Rs. 10.51 crore and Rs. 17.65 crore, respectively, from Rs. 7.15 crore in FY24. This indicates that profit grew much faster than revenue over this period.
