Rajkot-based retail jeweller Arjun Jewellers has refiled its DRHP with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an IPO. The company previously filed its draft papers in October 2025 and subsequently withdrawn them in March 2026.
In its fresh filing, Arjun Jewellers has expanded its fundraising ambitions, increasing the total issue size from INR 180 crore to INR 200 crore. Arjun Jewellers IPO is an entirely fresh issue. Saffron Capital Advisors is serving as the sole Book Running Lead Manager, while MUFG Intime is appointed as the registrar.
As of 30 June 2026, the company operates 4 showrooms in aggregate, with 3 in Rajkot and 1 in Jamnagar. Gold jewellery forms the core of its retail business, accounting for 96.00% of revenue in FY26. The company proposes to deploy the net proceeds from the INR 200 crore fresh issue toward the procurement of inventory for existing retail showrooms and proposed new showrooms in Morbi and Rajkot (Saurashtra, Gujarat), totalling INR 160 crore.
