Jewelry retailer Joyalukkas has joined hands with Zoho to undertake a comprehensive digital transformation of its global retail operations. As part of the initiative’s first phase, the brand successfully implemented Zoho’s Customer Experience Platform across more than 100 stores in India, streamlining its sales and service processes, centralising customer data, and boosting operational agility.
Following the successful deployment in India, the platform has now been extended to Joyalukkas’ operations across 10 international markets, including the UAE, the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Malaysia.
This transformation journey was led by Zoho’s Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) team, using a phased, consulting-driven approach tailored to Joyalukkas’ expansive and diverse operations.
