Kisna expands workforce to strengthen omnichannel strategy

Kisna Diamond and Gold Jewellery, the flagship jewellery brand of the Hari Krishna Group, has announced plans to hire 1,200 new employees in 2025-26 as it strengthens its retail network, builds omnichannel capabilities and invests in organisational scale.

The move reflects the company’s focus on long-term growth as jewellery consumption patterns evolve in India.t The new hiring will support roles across design, merchandising, data, technology, marketing, leadership and frontline retail operations. This expansion is aimed at helping Kisna operate more effectively across multiple channels as it deepens market penetration and engages younger consumers.

The company noted that while retail and corporate expansion are key priorities, manufacturing continues to be an important pillar in the overall value chain. Kisna currently operates with a manufacturing workforce of more than 1,700 employees at its Surat facility, which plays a central role in production, quality control and supply chain support.
