Mini Diamonds returns to profit in Q1 FY27; Revenue jumps 30% QoQ to ₹196 crore

Mini Diamonds India shares were trading at Rs. 5.37, up 3.07 per cent in afternoon trade on Monday. The stock touched an intraday high of Rs. 5.55 after opening at Rs. 5.32, while the company’s market capitalisation stood at approximately Rs. 126.6 crore. Despite the gains, the stock remained significantly below its 52-week high of Rs. 19.23.

Mini Diamonds reported financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, showing revenue from operations of Rs. 196.41 crore, up from Rs. 151.30 crore in the March 2026 quarter, a sequential increase of 29.71%. The company did not disclose a year-on-year comparison alongside this release.

Despite returning to profit, Mini Diamonds continues to operate on thin margins. A revenue base of Rs. 196.40 crore translated into a net profit of Rs. 2.74 crore, implying a net profit margin of approximately 1.4%. Businesses in the diamond manufacturing and trading industry typically operate on low margins, making earnings highly sensitive to raw material prices, export demand, foreign exchange movements, and global economic conditions.
