Sky Gold & Diamonds files FY26 BRSR with BSE and NSE

Sky Gold & Diamonds submitted its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for FY26 to the BSE and NSE on September 5, 2026. The filing covers standalone operations and outlines governance, environmental, and social disclosures.

The company operates as a B2B jewellery manufacturer, serving chain stores and wholesalers across four Indian states. Exports account for 13% of total turnover, while domestic sales comprise the remaining 87%. The firm maintains a paid-up capital of ₹1,548.7 crore.

Sky Gold & Diamonds has formed an ESG Committee, chaired by Managing Director Mangesh Chauhan, to oversee sustainability initiatives. The Board reviews policy performance annually, while the ESG Committee conducts compliance checks twice a year.
