TBZ closes Trading Window ahead of FY 2026 results

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited has announced that its trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will be closed for designated and connected persons, as well as their immediate relatives, starting 1 April 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company announces its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31 March 2026.

The move is in line with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, and is a routine compliance step ahead of the publication of sensitive financial information. By restricting trading during this period, the company aims to mitigate the risk of insider trading and reinforce governance standards, providing additional protection and transparency for public shareholders and market participants.

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited is an Indian jewellery retailer known for its gold, diamond and other precious jewellery offerings. The company operates in the organised jewellery retail segment and is listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE, serving a broad base of retail customers across key urban markets.
