Pursuing an ‘A+H’ dual listing system Chow Sang Sang is experiencing a decline in gross margin for two consecutive years

Chow Sang Sang focuses on the operation and management of its two core brands: ‘CHJ Jewelry’ and ‘FION.’  The ‘CHJ Jewelry’ brand was established in 1997, leading China’s jewelry fashion trends with original designs and the modern application of intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship, showcasing Oriental beauty. ‘FION,’ founded in Hong Kong in 1979, is a well-known women’s handbag brand in the Asia-Pacific region that the company acquired wholly in 2014.

As a jewelry brand, Chow Sang Sang may face intellectual property infringement claims, and defending against such claims could result in substantial expenses. Additionally, the company may be liable for significant compensation. In 2024, the company was sued by Bulgary S.P.A. and Richemont International SA for RMB 5 million and RMB 5.5 million, respectively, for infringement damages. As of September 5, 2025, the litigation is still ongoing.
